In 1990 William (Bill) Tye, P.E. and Martin Gyorgyfalvy, P.E. founded Tye Engineering & Surveying Inc located in Bend to provide a variety of civil engineering and surveying services to the Central Oregon area.

Tye staff includes engineers, land surveyors, water rights examiners and drafting technicians offering you the support of an expert consultant in all phases of project development. We will skillfully guide your project from planning and application through design, approval and construction.

The scope of our projects extend from surveys for private lot line adjustments and site planning to extensive community development projects for water/wastewater systems.

Tye’s progressive stance on state-of-the-art software, hardware and up-to-date research mapping data allows us to give your project added value.
